Scope of application: Applicable for medium frequency electric furnaces with a water-cooled cable system in metallurgical sectors like aluminum and steel manufacturers.

Operating temperature: -30℃~100℃ (continuous) and ≤120℃ (intermittent).

Structure: The inner rubber layer is made of NR-based rubber compounds, with independent formula design to meet the performance requirements; the reinforcing layer is wrapped with multi-layer dipped polyester cloth, which has strong adhesion between layers and high pressure resistance; the outer rubber is made of CR-based rubber compounds, which has excellent aging resistance.

Color/texture: cloth texture; wrapped by waterproof nylon fabrics through pressurized winding, featuring higher density, tighter fitting between layers, and better integrity of the hose body compared to plain rubber hose.
