Scope of application: Applicable for transporting sand, mud, corundum, cement and other solid materials in aluminum plants, steel plants, cement plants, shipbuilding plants, coal mines, iron mines and other industries or mines.
Operating temperature: -30℃~100℃ (continuous) and ≤120℃ (intermittent).
Structure: The inner rubber layer is made of BR-based rubber compounds, with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant design; the reinforcing layer is wrapped with multi-layer dipped polyester cloth+spiral wire, which has strong adhesion between layers and high pressure resistance; the outer rubber is made of NR-based rubber compounds, which has excellent aging resistance.
Color/texture: corrugated or cloth texture, wrapped by waterproof nylon fabrics+nylon rope through pressurized winding, featuring higher density, tighter fitting between layers, and better integrity of the hose body compared to plain rubber hose.
