Operating temperature: -30℃~100℃ (continuous) and ≤120℃ (intermittent).
Structure: The inner rubber layer is made of NBR-based rubber compounds, with independent formula design to meet the performance requirements; the reinforcing layer is wrapped with cord and wire frame, with antistatic copper wire; the outer rubber is made of CR-based rubber compounds, which has excellent flame retardation and aging resistance.
Color/texture: cloth texture; optional asbestos to further enhance flame retardation, wrapped by waterproof nylon fabrics through pressurized winding, featuring higher density, tighter fitting between layers, and better integrity of the hose body compared to plain rubber hose.
