Describe

Scope of application: Applicable for transferring all varieties of acidic and alkaline chemical solvents in manufacturing facilities including smelters and chemical plants.

Operating temperature: -30℃~100℃ (continuous) and ≤150℃ (intermittent).

Structure: The inner rubber layer is made of EPDM-based rubber compounds to increase the auxiliary acid and alkali resistance of inert materials; the reinforcing layer is wrapped with multi-layer dipped polyester cloth or cord, featuring adhesion between layers and high pressure resistance; the outer rubber is made of EPDM-based rubber compounds, featuring extremely high weather aging resistance.

Color/texture: cloth texture, wrapped by waterproof nylon fabrics through pressurized winding, featuring higher density, tighter fitting between layers, and better integrity of the hose body compared to plain rubber hose.
