Scope of application: Applicable for high-temperature cleaning equipment or conveying saturated steam or superheated water in various chemical plants.
Operating temperature: -30℃~150℃ (continuous) and ≤180℃ (intermittent).
Structure: The inner rubber layer is made of EPDM-based rubber compounds, with high temperature resistance and thermal aging resistance; the reinforcing layer is wrapped with multi-layer cord, which has strong adhesion between layers and high pressure resistance; the outer rubber is made of EPDM-based rubber compounds, which has excellent temperature resistance and aging resistance.
Color/texture: cloth texture; wrapped by waterproof nylon fabrics through pressurized winding, featuring higher density, tighter fitting between layers, and better integrity of the hose body compared to plain rubber hose.
