The cracking of high-pressure rubber hose is generally not caused by high static pressure, but is related to the strong level and frequency of working pressure impact. During the operation of construction machinery * *, the sudden rise or decrease of steam pressure will continue to appear in the oil pipeline, which will form a constant impact on the working pressure of the oil pipeline, resulting in the aggravation of the destruction of the skeleton seal everywhere, the bubbling and cracking of the rubber hose and the loosening and leakage of the tee joint. Therefore, in actual operation, the rotation of the valve seat should not be too fierce, but must be gentle.


(2) The application temperature of the oil is too high. During the operation of construction machinery * *, the oil in the hydraulic transmission system is hot due to the loss of output power, plus the harm of the external average temperature (especially in summer), which can greatly increase the water temperature. The higher the application temperature of the oil is, the more brittle the vulcanized rubber is, the lower the ductility, the lower the compressive strength and sealing properties, and the hose will crack rapidly. Therefore, in the operation, when the temperature rise of the hydraulic transmission system is too high or too fast, the cause should be immediately found out and removed; For summer operation, especially continuous operation, the temperature reduction countermeasures should be adopted.


(3) The use and installation of rubber hoses are unscientific. When replacing the high-pressure rubber hose, the length of the rubber hose, the number of superimposed layers of stainless steel wire, the appearance and specification of the connector are effective, and the bending level of the rubber hose should be reduced as much as possible; When tightening the nut of the connector, it is not necessary to distort the hose. Excessive bending and distortion will greatly reduce the service life of the hose; Protective measures should be taken for some positions that are very prone to friction to prevent the rubber hose from cracking due to damage.
